Note: EPIRBs and PLBs can only be returned for a full refund within 30 days if the box seal is unbroken and the product has not been registered with the National Authority. Products that were part of a promotional offer (such as cash rebates or free goods) and already redeemed are not eligible for return.

Items containing hazardous materials must be shipped by ground and include the correct Hazmat documentation. Check the product page to see if your item qualifies.
Unless L&L Marine Solutions made an error or the item is damaged/defective, original shipping is non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Keep your tracking information— L&L Marine Solutions is not liable for lost or misdirected returns.
This limited warranty is the only warranty provided and replaces all other warranties, whether express, implied, or legal. It gives you specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your location.
L&L Marine Solutions Ltd. and its affiliates are not liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages. This includes damages from use, misuse, inability to use, or defects in the product. Some regions may not allow these exclusions, so this limitation may not apply in your area.
This warranty does not affect your rights against the retailer under the original sales or purchase contract.
Products repaired or replaced under this warranty are covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty, not a new full term.
All L&L Marine Solutions products are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original customer. During this period, L&L Marine Solutions may, at its discretion, repair or replace any part that fails under normal use. This is the only remedy for any warranty breach. The warranty is subject to its terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions, and applies only to the original customer, unless local laws provide otherwise.
If the Standard Limited Warranty applies, L&L Marine Solutions will cover parts and labor for repairs or replacements. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the product to L&L Marine Solutions. L&L Marine Solutions does not cover transportation or delivery expenses.
Subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the Global Limited Warranty, and excluding warranty replacement products or items used commercially, militarily, or by law enforcement, all new products registered with L&L Marine Solutions within 90 days of purchase are covered for defects in materials or workmanship for the Extended Limited Warranty Period as defined. This warranty provides additional protection beyond the standard warranty, applying only to the original customer and eligible registered products.
During the Extended Limited Warranty Period, L&L Marine Solutions will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product components that fail under normal use. This is the only remedy for any warranty breach, unless local law provides otherwise.
The Extended Limited Warranty applies only to the original customer and eligible products that are registered with L&L Marine Solutions within 90 days of purchase. Upon successful registration, this extended warranty replaces the Standard Limited Warranty, providing additional coverage for defects in materials or workmanship beyond the standard period.
If your product is covered under the Extended Limited Warranty, L&L Marine Solutions will not charge for parts or labor for any warranty repairs or replacements. However, you are responsible for shipping the product to L&L Marine Solutions for service, and these transportation costs are not covered.
